Cancellation of cloud servers order where operating system (OS) is licenced example RedHat, Win 2019 ...etc within 18 months from the invoice date, customer need to bare cost for licences between $500 to $2500 NZD.

25 to 50% deposit depending on project cost will be taken before start. Cancellation of order after 14 days, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded. However, we can make customer’s custom contracts or work with an email confirmation on specific agreements.

We make a constant effort to offer you low prices on all IT Products & Services. All prices are listed in NZD dollars. We price the Products & Services based on numerous parameters, and in the remote case of any discrepancy between the actual price and the listed price, if the actual price is lower than the Products & Services is shipped to you at the lower price. However, if the actual price is higher, we will either contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you about the cancellation. We can deliver the Products & Services to almost any part of the world, but many of our Products & Services are used as remote or onsite IT Products & Services. Please note that the Products & Services prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of GST.

Usually, we deliver the products & services within 12 to 24 hours in case of web development it may take couple of weeks after invoice and verification of customer’s id (Driving licence or Passport) and address proof.

When you order a Products & Services from ITBOX Ltd, we strive to deliver of the Products & Services in the shortest possible time. However, ITBOX Ltd will not be responsible for any delay or failure to adhere to our obligations under our contract with you, where such delay or failure arises from any because that is beyond our reasonable control.

Payments done through credit cards, refunded amount will be 3% (cc service charge) less from original amount and for bank transfer payments, full amount will be refunded on cancellations. If customer is found involved using ITBOX ltd products and services with any kind of illegal activity or security breach, ITBOX Ltd will stop the further use of products & services and will inform the customer through email or phone. There will be no refund in cancellation of order when customer is involvement in illegal activity or security breach

In no event shall ITBOX Ltd be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with any content (or any material provided hereunder), whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ITBOX Ltd has been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, total liability of ITBOX Ltd for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed total amounts paid by you to ITBOX Ltd in connection with the subject matter of the dispute.
